The Client:

Heineken is the world’s most international brewer and is ranked No1 larger brand in Ireland. 

The Brief:

LifeAdventureCo was appointed to educate and inspire its 350 Ireland-based employees around the company’s ‘Be Brave’ core corporate value.

The Solution:

Working with an event management partner in London, LifeAdventureCo designed and delivered a conference break-out session at the RDS in Dublin. All 350 of Heineken Ireland employees took part in a highly energising employee engagement event within a tight 90-minute time slot. Working closely with Heineken Ireland’s Marketing and HR Directors to fully understand their requirements, we came up with a range of challenges that dared employees to ‘be brave.’ The range of adrenalin-charged activities involving mobile climbing walls, abseiling towers and rope swings to list but a few. The activities were designed to bring out the best in Heineken’s people, and the behaviours which are central to its workplace culture…
